Arizona Phoenix Flooded Photo's

The rain in Arizona hit a new record with the monsoonal rainfall, getting to 2.96 inches (7.50cm) at 7h00 and 3 inches (7.6cm) in just a couple of hours.

Interstate 10 Flooded, stranded motorists, Severe Weather, some cars completely submerged
