The 20-year-old "Wrecking Ball" singer, who recently announced the end of her engagement to Liam Hemsworth, was photographed cozying up to Madden in the back of a car, open bottle of liquor in hand, on Wednesday night.

Cyrus holds what appear to be an open bottle of alcohol in the back of a car. Madden, right, has dated stars Paris Hilton and Holly Madison in the past.
